Each purchase now delivers a variant-specific ZIP containing the matching gyro plates, labelled STEP assembly, setup/commissioning manual, fit coupons and shared N20 centre-mount reference.

  • Gyro/carrier size families: 70 cm (700 mm), 100 cm (1000 mm), 130 cm (1300 mm).
  • Gyro speed targets: 700 rpm or 1,400 rpm.
  • 31YZ shaft targets: 4,000 rpm or 8,000 rpm.
  • N20/centre-drive study choices: 60 / 90 / 120 rpm using the shared floating/freewheel mount geometry.

That gives 12 selectable configurations. The plate geometry changes with the 70/100/130 cm family. The speed settings use their own configuration/manual information and must be verified by measured RPM on the physical build.

What the selected variant includes

  • The matching top and bottom 4 × 31YZ gyro plates in STEP/STL for the selected 70 cm, 100 cm or 130 cm family.

Important: the 700/1,400 rpm gyro and 4,000/8,000 rpm 31YZ figures are test targets, not certified safe-speed ratings or guaranteed outputs. Final pulley tooth counts must be selected/verified from the real driver speed and confirmed with a tachometer under load.

Two 3600 mm main-belt reference

  • 2 × nominal 3600 mm GT2 main belts remain two independent closed loops.

Engineering status

These are experimental development files. Verify fit, balance, belt tracking, gyro RPM, 31YZ RPM, mechanical loads, electrical input and electrical output on the physical build. Use suitable guarding, retained fasteners, current limiting and an emergency stop.
