NuiCent GT2 3600 mm TPU Belt — 1800T Compact R2

NuiCent GT2-compatible 3600 mm TPU timing-belt prototype — Compact R2.

Designed as a 2.0 mm pitch closed loop with 1800 teeth, 3600 mm pitch length and a compact continuous serpentine print layout.

R2 print footprint: approximately 197 × 138 mm, designed to fit inside a nominal 220 × 220 mm printer bed without scaling.

Download pack includes: compact full-loop STL, calibration/fit reference, dimensional data and TPU printing notes.

Nominal geometry: 2.0 mm pitch, approximately 1.52 mm overall belt height and 0.764 mm tooth depth.

Prototype notice: a printed TPU belt does not contain the fiberglass/aramid tensile cords used in commercial timing belts. Expect more stretch and lower load/fatigue capability. Test at low speed and load first, use guarding, and do not use for safety-critical lifting or containment.
