NuiCent M4 TPU GT2 Printable Belt Pack — R2 — 3D-printable prototype timing-belt files for the current M4 belt set.

M4 belt schedule: 4 × 176 mm (88T), 4 × 200 mm (100T), 4 × 488 mm (244T), and 2 × 3600 mm (1800T).

The R2 download includes STL files for 6 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm and 16 mm belt widths, plus print notes and metadata. The corrected 488 mm loop is sized to fit a typical 220 × 220 mm print bed, and the 3600 mm loop uses a compact continuous serpentine layout of approximately 197 × 138 mm so it can also fit within a nominal 220 × 220 mm bed without scaling.

Geometry: 2.00 mm pitch, approximately 1.52 mm overall belt height and 0.76 mm tooth depth. The tooth form is a rounded, printable GT2-style approximation intended to mesh with GT2-type prototype hardware.

Material: intended for TPU (95A/98A suggested starting point). Print the fit/calibration reference first and use slow print settings for tooth detail.

Prototype warning: 3D-printed TPU belts do not contain the fiberglass/aramid/steel tensile cords used in commercial synchronous belts. Expect more stretch and lower load/fatigue capability. Use for fit checks, demonstrations and low-load prototyping first; guard rotating parts and do not use as a safety-critical or high-energy drive belt.
