Digital Downloads, Refunds & Licence

NuiCent products sold on this store are digital downloads unless a listing expressly says otherwise. No physical machine or hardware is included.

Digital delivery

Purchased files are supplied through Shopify's digital-product delivery system after a successful order. Keep the order email and use a working email address at checkout. If you cannot access a purchased file, contact willcole10@hotmail.com with the order details.

Refunds and digital-content rights

Please review each product's included-file list, source revision, prototype status and compatibility notes before buying. If a download is corrupted, inaccessible, duplicated in error, or materially not as described, contact us so the problem can be investigated and an appropriate remedy provided.

Change-of-mind cancellation rights for digital content depend on the law that applies to the purchase and on when supply begins. Any statutory cancellation, refund, repair, replacement or other consumer rights remain unaffected and are not excluded by this page.

Where applicable law permits a cancellation right for digital content to end after express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement of that consequence, that rule applies only where the required consent and acknowledgement have actually been obtained.

Prototype status

NuiCent CAD files are experimental development prototypes. CAD validity, mesh export, calculations and illustrations do not by themselves establish a working repeating mechanism, guaranteed clearance, printability, load capacity, operating life, self-powered operation, surplus energy output or any other guaranteed performance. Read the supplied manual and the product-page status notes, verify dimensions and clearances, and test cautiously.

Personal-use licence

Unless a product listing expressly says otherwise, purchased files are supplied for personal study, private modification and non-commercial prototyping. Redistribution or resale of the digital files, sale of printed parts made from them, or commercial manufacture from the files requires Will Cole's written permission.

Physical parts

Motors, bearings, belts, fasteners, electronics, filament, tools and other physical build items are not supplied with the digital download unless a product listing explicitly states otherwise.
